Story: Project to completely redesign airline’s digital experience. Heuristic audit, competitive benchmark research, user survey. Journey map analysis. Designed user personas. Created UX brief and vision documents for website and mobile app. Development of wireframes and interaction notes to present vision to client. Client approval resulted in beta development of site, as well as mobile app proposal.
