Story: Support of Facebook Chatbot for Icelandair. Provided wireframe solutions for Facebook Messenger 1.2 updates to propose expanded functionality for chatbots. Updates included Payment, Quick Replies, Send to Messenger, and Destination Advertisements. Also created additional design flows for customer service support chatbot dialogues.
